Lucky 33 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Lucky 33 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lucky 33.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not create a Lucky 33 account and must not use any services provided through the platform. Continued use of Lucky 33 following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

The Lucky 33 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you are confirming that you meet this age requirement. Lucky 33 treats underage gambling with zero tolerance.

2.1 Verification Requirements

Lucky 33 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if our systems flag an account for review. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, NICOP, or passport. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may lead to forfeiture of funds held in the account.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Lucky 33 services are provided to players based in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Lucky 33 complies with any applicable local regulations in your location. If you access Lucky 33 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk and Lucky 33 accepts no liability for any resulting consequences.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Lucky 33 are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme at the time of creating an account.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Lucky 33 account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed. If Lucky 33 identifies linked accounts, any positive balance in the duplicate account may be confiscated.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

When registering with Lucky 33, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucky 33 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. All activity conducted on your account using the correct login details will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Lucky 33 support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification Process

Lucky 33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to complete identity and address verification before making withdrawals or during the course of your account activity. Documents submitted for verification must be genuine, legible, and current.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at Lucky 33 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Lucky 33 does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at Lucky 33 is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your Lucky 33 wallet upon confirmed receipt. Lucky 33 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Lucky 33 targets withdrawal processing within five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Lucky 33 may request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements — see Section 6.
• Lucky 33 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending KYC verification.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not used for deposits will not be processed.
• Lucky 33 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for large withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed at Lucky 33 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that game or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have sufficient funds in your Lucky 33 wallet to cover the stake and that you understand the rules of the game or market you are betting on.

5.1 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event. Lucky 33 uses official competition data providers and governing body results as the basis for settlement. In the event of any dispute about settlement, the decision of Lucky 33 is final subject to the complaints procedure in Section 14.

5.2 Void Bets

Lucky 33 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds or game payouts, where the odds or game parameters were manifestly incorrect compared to the fair market price, or where there is clear evidence that a bet was placed after the outcome of an event was known.

5.3 Maximum Win Limits

Lucky 33 applies maximum win limits per bet and per event across all product categories. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable maximum will be reduced to the maximum win amount without notification.

5.4 System Failures

In the event of a system failure, network outage, or technical disruption during an active game or bet, Lucky 33 will take reasonable steps to resolve the bet based on the state of play at the time of the failure. Lucky 33 does not accept liability for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Lucky 33 offers promotional bonuses from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion details in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by Lucky 33 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount) will be stated clearly in each promotion. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds are not available for withdrawal.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Lucky 33 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets that are structured to take advantage of a bonus with minimal risk to the player, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.

• Bonuses are awarded per eligible account — one bonus per promotion unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus expiry dates are stated in each promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Lucky 33 may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Cashback and reload offers where stated are applied to real-money losses only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Lucky 33 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of account balances.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Using false identity details, stolen payment methods, or deceptive information during registration or verification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at poker or Teen Patti tables to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately transferring chips or funds to another account through intentional losing.
• Automated Play: Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to play games or place bets on Lucky 33 without human input.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets in a structured pattern designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting price differentials.
• Money Laundering: Using Lucky 33 to process illegally obtained funds or to obscure the origin of any funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks on deposits made to Lucky 33 after the funds have been used to place bets.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lucky 33 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and design — is the property of Lucky 33 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Lucky 33 solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Lucky 33 content without prior written permission. Screen recording, streaming, or publishing Lucky 33 game content without authorisation is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky 33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from: interruptions to service, technical failures, errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected, delays in payment processing, or your reliance on information displayed on the platform.

Lucky 33's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Lucky 33 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability. Lucky 33 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Lucky 33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Account inactivity — accounts with zero balance and no login for 12 consecutive months may be closed.
• Player-initiated account closure upon written request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any funds in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, the remaining balance will be paid out to the player's verified payment method after any applicable KYC checks are completed.

11. Responsible Gaming

Lucky 33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available from your Lucky 33 account dashboard and include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

11.1 Self-Exclusion

Any player can request self-exclusion from Lucky 33 at any time. Self-exclusion can be set for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed within the chosen period. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to open new accounts during their exclusion period — Lucky 33 will close any accounts created in contravention of a self-exclusion.

11.2 Deposit Limits

Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Lucky 33 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Lucky 33 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform and meet legal obligations. 13. Amendments to These Terms

Lucky 33 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Lucky 33 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, Lucky 33 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Lucky 33 following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Terms and Complaints

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from your use of Lucky 33 are governed by the rules and principles under which Lucky 33 operates. In the event of any dispute between you and Lucky 33, the following process applies:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint via Lucky 33 customer support. Provide full details of your issue, your account details, and any relevant transaction IDs.
• Step 2 – Review Period: Lucky 33 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with Lucky 33's response, you may request that the matter be reviewed by Lucky 33's senior management team.

By using Lucky 33, you agree that any dispute shall first be pursued through this internal complaints procedure before any other action is taken. Lucky 33's decisions on game outcomes and account matters are final where they are made in good faith and in accordance with these terms.
